  2. Meatless Mondays ~ No meat on Mondays

  3. Meatless May ExSun~ No meat, except on Sundays (Enjoy, but don’t overload! :-))

  4. Meatless May ExSea ~ No meat, except seafood

Which one did you choose?? Trying a combination of two? I had to switch days this week due to an early Mother’s Day dinner on Saturday. It was a successful switcharoo Sunday-to-Saturday! Let’s go!
