Sacrifice To Fulfill

As we celebrate Holy Week, more than usual, we think about the sacrifice relating to the life, death, and glory be to God 🙌🏾, the resurrection of Jesus!

An undisputable ultimate price was paid in order for us to be set free--- saved, gifted the opportunity for eternal life, and forgiven of our many sins. What a powerful and unforgettable sacrifice! Question is, what have we sacrificed? And, what will we sacrifice? Are we serious about the "why" we sacrifice or the "why" we should? I invite you (with me) to make "growth" use of some solo "still" time this week to fully process the divine sacrifice made. Love is so simple, yet so powerful. God simply and powerfully loved/loves us that much. There's really no "measure" that equates to His unconditional and selfless love...

Again, questions...What do we need to sacrifice---to give up---in order to free ourselves to grow our faith--our relationship with the Lord? What will we sacrifice? We can’t wait for someone to free us (hello), as free will is a choice. We have to free ourselves to choose, sacrificially--- to align with God's will for our lives. It's all about Love and in that, we still have a debt to pay...

Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. ~ Romans 13:8
