More E's ~ Easter Expectations

As we approach another Easter holiday, many of us have prescheduled activities and preset Expections of happenings. What are our pending plans in celebration of The Risen Christ? What are we, truthfully and conveniently, Expected to do as a result of the calendar time designated to celebrate? Whether sacred, simple, or extravagant, we are all Expecting something; planning to do something....

In an Easily assumed list of possible Expected holiday moves, and conceivably more, I pray that whatever we do, let us not forget the divine beauty of and our belief in the Easter story. For in that, although Jesus told His disciples that He would rise on the 3rd day, no one Expected Him to (do so). Thank God that He did! For in that, Christ died to save us from sin; He rose to give us Everlasting life. For in that, the story of The Risen Christ, we are given an opportunity to daily Evaluate our lives and live better. For in that, there is no Eartly Elimination of the privilege that we have, through The Father, to Educate ourselves through the pages of His word. For in that, we should never miss an opportunity to Edify Him. For in that, we are continually Enlightened and Encouraged on a daily basis. For in that, we are blessed to be Encouragers---well-positioned to be spiritually Elevated, as we Encorage others to be Elevated also. Knowing and fully believing in what Easter represents, we can Enter this Holy Week with Ease. For at the beginning of the day, until the End of Each day, no matter what occurs, we have to be spiritually present, grounded in our faith in God, and aware of what we Expect when this blessed life Ends on Earth....

For in that....

What am I Expecting? I'm Expecting to have life beyond this Earth that Epitomizes perfect peace and Endless love. That would be Eternity with The Everlasting. It is indeed an Everyday Expectation.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?"

~John 11:25-26
